Shipping rates vary based on location and the size of your order (weight, length, width). The most economical way to ship internationally is through Canada Post using surface delivery (4-6 weeks) depending on location. Air delivery is also an option (6-8 days delivery), but considerably more expensive.

Terms of Sale

Items purchased from us over the Internet are subject to the following terms:

1) All prices on our web site are in Canadian dollars. Normally payment in full must be received before an item will be shipped. Academic institutions, or libraries, may be billed upon receipt of a purchase order. If sending a cheque, money order, or purchase order, contact us first to request that the book be reserved for you pending receipt of payment.

2) Payment to Ottenbreit-Rowell Inc. may be made by credit card, international money order, bank draft, or by PayPal.

3) We reserve the right to delay shipment of any book paid for by cheque, until the cheque has cleared the payer's bank account. If paying by money order, please make sure that you purchase a form of money order which may be cashed in Canada (i.e., an international money order).


4) RETURNS: Any item purchased through Budotheory.ca from Ottenbreit-Rowell Inc. is returnable (postpaid) to us within 20 days of receipt.
